Program Supervisor Assistant / Shift Leader


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Program Supervisor / Shift Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Program Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily program activities

- Lead shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks

- Supervise staff and participants, providing guidance, support, and motivation

- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during shifts

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant documentation

- Collaborate with team members to improve program quality and participant experience

- Support training and development initiatives for staff and volunteers


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Assistant Program Supervisor) and or High School Diploma (Shift Leader)

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a program or community setting

- Demonstrated ability to oversee the delivery of treatment services is required

- One year or more of experience in the field of Residential Treatment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Knowledge of safety procedures and organizational policies

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment

Must be available for on-call


The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. PA DHS FBI, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearances are required.

Salary Description
$36,000.00 to $45,211.69
