Salary: $75,000 - $78,000 DOE

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will share responsibility for oversight and execution of daily aspects of all Food & Beverage functions across multiple outlets. You will work hand in hand with other Managers to monitor, develop, and lead a team in a fun and positive environment. The current Clubhouse is undergoing a major renovation, and this role is an excellent opportunity to assist with the transition and opening of one of the most modern club facilities in the Denver metro area.
Essential Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Create and manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and floor coverage across multiple Food & Beverage outlets while maintaining appropriate staffing levels and staying within budgeted labor hours
- Monitor staffing levels, approve schedule adjustments, and ensure coverage for evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, banquets, member events, and other peak business periods
- Coordinate staffing plans with outlet leaders, Culinary leadership, and Club leadership to support changing operational needs during the Clubhouse renovation and transition period
- Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop Food & Beverage team members across multiple outlets
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and accountability to service staff in an upscale hospitality environment
- Supervise a variety of Food & Beverage team members, including Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Support Staff
- Maintain training materials, service standards, SOPs, and Manager opening and closing procedures
- Lead daily pre-shift lineups and reinforce service expectations, hospitality standards, and team communication
- Oversee daily dining operations to ensure exceptional Member and guest experiences at all times
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Members in order to exceed expectations and create a welcoming environment
- Partner with Culinary and leadership teams on menu rollouts, staff education, and service execution
- Support operations during the Clubhouse renovation and transition into Glenmoor’s newly renovated facilities
- Lead effectively in a temporary operating environment, including temporary trailer office and kitchen spaces during construction
- Lead within Glenmoor’s non-tipping service model and reinforce hospitality standards across the team
- Hold staff accountable to service standards, SOPs, appearance expectations, and uniform requirements
- Review timecards, attendance, overtime, and labor reporting to support accurate payroll processing and labor management
- Develop and expand general Food & Beverage knowledge across the team

This position is expected to average 40 hours a week and, as such, will qualify for the following benefits:
- Sick and Vacation pay up to 48 and 80 hours a year respectively, accrued based on hours worked
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance for yourself and dependents. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

- Minimum 2 years of experience selecting, supervising, and developing Food & Beverage staff in an upscale dining environment
- Strong scheduling, labor management, and workforce planning experience across multiple outlets and positions
- Experience reviewing timecards, attendance, and supporting payroll processes preferred
- Experience with Paylocity or a similar HRIS, scheduling, payroll, or workforce management system preferred
- Availability to regularly work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, member events, and other peak business periods in addition to regular weekday schedules
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, staffing changes, and operational demands in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Country Club or Private Club experience preferred
- Beverage certifications such as CMS, CSW, WSET, or Cicerone are preferred, but not required
Glenmoor Country Club operates in a non-tipping environment. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, stoop, and navigate multiple dining and event spaces
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including temporary trailer office and kitchen environments during Clubhouse construction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
