We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume, dual-concept operation—supporting a fast-paced, guest-driven environment with a strong nightlife presence.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, understands how to build and lead teams, and brings a strong foundation in wine, spirits, and beverage culture. The AGM works closely with the General Manager and Executive Team to drive service standards, develop staff, and support overall business performance.

The ideal candidate is equal parts operator and leader—organized, detail-oriented, and energized by the rhythm of a busy service. This role requires a nighttime-focused schedule and consistent presence during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can step into a complex, high-performing environment and elevate it:

  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage programs, with the ability to guide both staff education and guest experience
  • Experience managing high-volume service and large teams, including scheduling and labor oversight
  • A natural leader who can coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive and inclusive culture
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing service execution with administrative responsibilities
  • A passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections

What You’ll Do

  • Lead service on the floor, with a focus on nighttime and peak-hour execution
  • Support hiring, training, and development of Front-of-House staff
  • Build and manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and labor efficiency
  • Maintain and evolve service standards across both concepts
  • Partner with the General Manager on financial performance, including labor and cost controls
  • Support ongoing staff education, particularly around wine, spirits, and beverage offerings
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to ensure alignment between kitchen and service
  • Help drive guest engagement, retention, and community presence
  • Contribute to programming, activations, and initiatives that grow the business
  • Uphold company standards across service, facilities, and compliance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightlife setting
  • Strong background in beverage programs (wine & spirits preferred)
  • Experience working in multi-concept or complex operations is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
