What You'll Do

  • Machine components to exact specifications and tight tolerances
  • Setup and operate CNC lathes or mills, ensuring correct tooling, programs, and job requirements
  • Monitor operations, identify out-of-tolerance conditions, and make precise adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Maintain full part traceability and documentation
  • Uphold strict safety, quality, and process standards

What we’re looking for


We’re not looking for basic proficiency. We’re looking for elite operators:

  • Someone in the top 10% of CNC mill/lathe operators in Houston or a desire to get there
  • Someone who has experience with premium threading. Experience with TenarisHydril connections is a plus.
  • A person who has the understanding of health, safety and quality control, as well as excellent communication skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who takes pride in producing work that others can rely on

Shifts Available: Day shift, night shift, flexible scheduling

Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience threading premium connections in production or a job shop setting.
  • Capable of lifting at least 25 lbs., and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
