With a strong focus on clinical excellence, Allied OMS provides operational, financial, and strategic support while allowing physicians to maintain leadership in governance, decision-making, and patient care.

Role Overview
The Practice Administrator leads the day-to-day operations of a surgical office, ensuring efficient systems, strong financial performance, and excellent patient care. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Allied OMS to oversee staff management, including hiring,  onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee      engagement
  • Partner with surgeons on strategic planning, goal setting, and  implementation of practice initiatives 
  • Maintain high patient satisfaction, address concerns, and support  overall practice reputation 
  • Direct daily operations to optimize patient flow, maximize provider  productivity, and maintain a professional work environment 
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies; oversee patient records and office standards 
  • Supervise local facilities, supplies, and IT/practice management systems 
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance, patient volume, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Allied OMS to manage practice financial performance, including billing and collections oversight, cost control initiatives, budgeting, and P&L analysis
  • Collaborate with Allied OMS to drive marketing initiatives, patient acquisition, and patient retention strategies
  • Serve as primary operational liaison between Allied OMS, surgeons, and clinical and administrative staff to ensure alignment of priorities
  • Leads or supports additional strategic initiatives and organizational priorities as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a medical or dental office, including management experience and direct interaction with physicians.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Practice Culture Champion
    • Aligns with a team-based, patient-first culture, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive clinical and administrative work environment. 
  • Solid financial and operational management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Compensation

  • Competitive salary range of $85,000–$110,000, based on experience
  • Role may be eligible for potential performance-based bonus in the future
