Description

Job Summary: Ensures that all Cherokee members and guests receive proper, attentive, courteous and expedient service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Outstanding individual who can anticipate the needs of the members and deliver with a sense of urgency.

  1. Setup/breakdown condiment station for every shift
  2. Refill all empty or low condiments (ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, salsa, LTO, pickles, sour cream, mayo and lemons and orange wedges).
  3. Make pinwheels for 9inch plates (75 per shift)
  4. Make bread fold for bread baskets (75 per shift)
  5. Fill/ drain soup wells daily at the beginning and end of every shift
  6. Restock soup bowls, cups and spoons
  7. Put doilies on soup cup plates
  8. Expedite all incoming tickets and orders
  9. Check all orders to ensure course and detailed items are correct before it is delivered to the members
  10. Deliver food to the appropriate restaurants, table and seat number.
  11. Deliver food in a timely, orderly and efficient manner
  12. Have knowledge of restaurants, tables numbers, seat numbers and proper serving edict so you are able to serve the food
  13. Keep serving trays clean and presentable at all times and change the linen as needed during the shift
  14. Cover and date all condiments and food at the end of every shift
  15. Transfer all soups into an ice bath for cooling at the end of EVERY SHIFT
  16. Sweep and mop designated work areas at the closing of every evening shift
  17. Come to work neatly groomed, in proper uniform and prepared for every shift
  18. To work well as a team member with the entire club staff.
  19. Operate under all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as set forth by Cherokee Town and Country Club.
