Description
Job Summary: Ensures that all Cherokee members and guests receive proper, attentive, courteous and expedient service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Outstanding individual who can anticipate the needs of the members and deliver with a sense of urgency.
- Setup/breakdown condiment station for every shift
- Refill all empty or low condiments (ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, salsa, LTO, pickles, sour cream, mayo and lemons and orange wedges).
- Make pinwheels for 9inch plates (75 per shift)
- Make bread fold for bread baskets (75 per shift)
- Fill/ drain soup wells daily at the beginning and end of every shift
- Restock soup bowls, cups and spoons
- Put doilies on soup cup plates
- Expedite all incoming tickets and orders
- Check all orders to ensure course and detailed items are correct before it is delivered to the members
- Deliver food to the appropriate restaurants, table and seat number.
- Deliver food in a timely, orderly and efficient manner
- Have knowledge of restaurants, tables numbers, seat numbers and proper serving edict so you are able to serve the food
- Keep serving trays clean and presentable at all times and change the linen as needed during the shift
- Cover and date all condiments and food at the end of every shift
- Transfer all soups into an ice bath for cooling at the end of EVERY SHIFT
- Sweep and mop designated work areas at the closing of every evening shift
- Come to work neatly groomed, in proper uniform and prepared for every shift
- To work well as a team member with the entire club staff.
- Operate under all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as set forth by Cherokee Town and Country Club.
