This is a commercial HVAC installation position, not service. You will be working on project-based installs of commercial and industrial systems across local job sites in Birmingham, AL.

This role is suited for technicians who can install equipment to spec, work independently or with a crew, and consistently deliver clean, professional installs.

Responsibilities

· Install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VAV systems, and ductwork 

· Perform equipment startups and verify proper system operation 

· Work with a team to complete installs safely, efficiently, and on schedule 

· Follow manufacturer specifications, job plans, and company standards 

· Complete basic job documentation and communicate with team members and supervisors 

· Maintain a clean and professional job site 

· Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures 

Qualifications

· Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience 

· Experience installing commercial equipment (large tonnage preferred) 

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

· Strong work ethic and reliability 

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 

· Ability to pass drug and background screening 

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs 

· Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in mechanical rooms 

· Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods 

Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
