What You’ll Do

As a Claims Adjuster – Manager in Training, you’ll learn how to balance customer experience, problem-solving, and business outcomes.

  • Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from start to finish 
  • Analyze policies and determine coverage, liability, and claim outcomes 
  • Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity 
  • Make decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability 
  • Communicate with attorneys, repair shops, and medical providers 
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency 
  • Document claim activity and maintain compliance standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent grads encouraged to apply) 
  • Willingness to obtain or currently hold a Florida 6-20 Adjuster License 
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, systems navigation) 
  • Ability to work full-time in an office environment
