Location: Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort – LaBelle, FL
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance across all buildings, RV sites, and amenities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Perform daily inspections of RV sites and amenities.
- Assist with landscaping, painting, pressure washing.
- Conduct pool chemistry checks.
- Support resort events setup.
- Identify safety hazards.
- Provide guest assistance professionally.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of multiple trades
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with initiative
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Outdoor work, lifting 50+ lbs
- Nights/weekends/holidays may be required
