Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify repair and replacement needs.
• Explain technical findings, recommended solutions, and associated costs to homeowners.
• Recommend appropriate repairs, system upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on every call.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.

Performance Expectations

• Complete approximately 3–4 service calls per day.
• Maintain a 70% or higher conversion rate on recommended services.
• Maintain an average service ticket of $900 or higher.
• Work toward established service revenue and performance goals.
• Maintain low callback rates through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Deliver consistent five-star customer experiences.

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Boiler experience is a plus
