We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout- owning client relationships, driving financial performance, and ensuring successful delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of project execution from buyout through closeout
- Manage project financials, including cost forecasts, pay applications, and change orders
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive schedule, logistics, and field execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Ensure RFIs, submittals, and documentation are accurate and timely
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect schedule, quality, and profit
- Lead and mentor project teams
Requirements
- ~10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven ability to manage project financial performance and schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-family, hospitality, office, or similar projects preferred
