We are seeking Project Engineers to support both the field and project management teams while building core construction management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain project documentation including plans, specs, RFIs, and submittals
- Assist with jobsite setup, organization, and document control
- Support Superintendents with daily coordination and subcontractor reporting
- Prepare meeting minutes, photo reports, and logs
- Participate in inspections, quality checks, and punch list management
- Help identify risks related to safety, quality, and schedule
- Assist with closeout documentation and project turnover
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to work on-site and learn from field and office teams
- Positive attitude and desire to grow in construction
