Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Perform whole-home electrical safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades, including panel upgrades, wiring replacement, surge protection, and GFCI protection.
• Explain electrical issues, recommended solutions, and associated costs to homeowners.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on every call.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.

Performance Expectations

• Complete approximately 3–4 service calls per day.
• Maintain a 70% or higher conversion rate on recommended repairs and upgrades.
• Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit.
• Support membership plan growth and customer retention.
• Maintain low callback rates through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Deliver consistent five-star customer experiences.

• State-issued Apprentice or Journeyman Card
• 3+ years of experience in Electrical Work
• 3 years of residential electrical service experience 
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience using Service Titan or other service management software preferred
