Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage the main phone line, directing calls to the appropriate department team members or taking detailed messages.
- Manage all incoming service requests via phone or email, determining warranty or billable and input into the system.
- Enter/Maintain Remodeling Department schedules in Microsoft Access
- Assist in initial entry of Outlines into Buildertrend & Microsoft Access
- Coordinate all keys and lock boxes for jobs.
- Call Customers to confirm schedule start date.
- Make daily calls for scheduling.
- Creation of job binders for field use.
- Support communication between departments by relaying messages and updates efficiently.
- Provide support to Project Managers as needed.
- Schedule all inspections needed for projects.
- Prepare Notices of Commencement
- Assist in application preparation for permits
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be good with people.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Access and phone systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment.
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus but not required.
- Permitting/Inspections experience is a plus but not required.
- Good attendance record
