Supervisor
Description

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable team member to step into an hourly Supervisor role. This position plays a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Supervisors lead by example, support the team, and help keep operations running smoothly across front and back of house.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the team during shifts
  • Ensure opening and closing tasks are completed
  • Assist with guest service and issue resolution
  • Support cash handling and daily deposits
  • Assist with catering orders and execution
  • Help monitor labor, food cost, and inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned



Requirements
  • Minimum 24 hours per week
  • Availability for mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
