This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is delivered to their rooms promptly

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area

- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner- Assist with transportation arrangements as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Friendly and approachable personality

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
