The Mission (Your Role)
As our National Sales Executive, you will be the face of Auxiant to brokers and clients, introducing them to our product and industry-leading services.
What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Hunt & Win: Cultivate new revenue streams by cold-calling and prospecting top-tier health insurance brokers and benefits consultants.
- Build an Empire: Develop, nurture, and maintain unbreakable relationships with regional and national broker networks.
- Own the Relationship: Manage a high-value book of business, ensuring seamless renewals and resolving escalated issues with a consultative approach.
- Be the Expert: Maintain a deeply technical understanding of self-funded dynamics, market vendors, and competitive local landscapes.
- Hit the Road: Travel regularly to key local markets to command an on-the-ground presence and close deals face-to-face.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a unique blend of technical benefits acumen and relentless sales drive.
The Must-Haves:
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience. Experience in Self-Funded medical sales is preferred but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- The Gift of Gab: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills. You can command a room of executives or pitch a broker over lunch with equal ease.
- Tech Savvy: Strong technical skill set, including experience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Grit & Organization: Flawless time management skills with the agility to pivot as business needs rapidly evolve.
