As an Installation Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in the success of our Brunswick residential and commercial garage door installation operations. In this hands-on position, you’ll guide daily field activity, support installation teams, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Project Manager, you’ll help create smooth installation workflows, strengthen team performance, and support financial and operational goals. This is an opportunity to coach technicians, introduce best practices, improve the customer experience, and make a meaningful impact across both residential and commercial projects.

• This is a hands-on role that offers variety, including field assignments and branch support.
• Bring 4+ years of experience installing residential and commercial garage doors or other related construction experience
• Stay organized in a fast-paced branch environment while managing changing priorities and supporting smooth daily operations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and other business partners to keep work moving efficiently.
• Perform active, physical work, including lifting and carrying garage doors, springs, openers, and related materials weighing 50 pounds or more, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Complete installation, repair, and maintenance tasks from ladders and in positions that may include bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping.
• Work safely in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions, including hot, cold, or dusty environments.
• Support customer needs through reliable service and repair work, including occasional extended hours when required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as forklifts or scissor lifts as needed.
