Willow Creek Community Church is seeking a Part-Time Willow Español Pastor (20 hrs/WK) to provide pastoral leadership for our growing Spanish-speaking community at our South Lake Campus. This is an opportunity to shepherd people, develop leaders, and help build a thriving, multicultural church where everyone can encounter Jesus and find belonging.

As the Willow Español Pastor, you'll cast vision, lead and shepherd the Español community, provide pastoral care, lead Sunday gatherings, and invest in volunteers and leaders while partnering with campus and ministry leadership to unite our church around one mission: helping people take their next step with Jesus.

A unique part of this role is leading a Spanish-language service that combines live elements at South Lake with teaching that is broadcast from our South Barrington campus. The Willow Español Pastor will help create a cohesive and meaningful experience for those attending, ensuring that the live and broadcast elements of the service work together seamlessly. This role does not have teaching responsibilities as the message is broadcast from our South Barrington campus. This role is primarily focused on pastoral leadership, shepherding the community, and developing leaders. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and shepherd the Willow Español congregation through Sunday gatherings, pastoral care, prayer, discipleship, and meaningful relationships with individuals and families.
• Lead and coordinate the Willow Español Sunday experience, bringing together live ministry elements at South Lake with teaching broadcasts from the South Barrington campus to create a cohesive and engaging experience.
• Cast vision and build a healthy, Christ-centered ministry aligned with Willow's mission, values, and broader church direction.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and equip volunteer and small group leaders, creating opportunities for people to use their gifts and grow in their leadership.
• Build strong relationships across ministries, campuses, and cultures, helping the Spanish-speaking community feel connected to and part of the larger Willow church.
• Partner closely with campus and ministry leadership to foster collaboration, alignment, and unity across the broader Willow community.
• Provide pastoral care and support through prayer, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other ministry opportunities as needed.
• Help cultivate a welcoming, multicultural environment where people from different cultures and language backgrounds can worship, grow, serve, and follow Jesus together.

• Passionate about discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, and reaching the Spanish-speaking community.
• A collaborative pastor who thrives in building healthy teams, developing volunteers, and partnering across ministries and campuses.
• Comfortable leading in a multisite, multicultural ministry environment, including services that incorporate both live and broadcast elements.
• An encouraging communicator who loves helping people grow in their relationship with Christ.
• Someone who is committed to helping the Español community thrive while also connecting it to the larger Willow church.

What We Offer

The salary range for this part-time position is $33,000-$40,000, depending on experience and education.
