Caring Hands Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout the Triad area. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene 
  • Provide toileting and incontinence care 
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility 
  • Prepare meals according to the client's care plan 
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making 
  • Complete grocery shopping and errands when authorized 
  • Provide companionship and emotional support 
  • Observe and report changes in the client's condition 
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely 
  • Follow all agency policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification 
  • Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain one) 
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds 
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions 
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional 
  • Smartphone with internet access 
  • Active email address 

Scheduling Requirements

  • Flexible availability is preferred. 
  • Must be willing to travel to client homes within our service area. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous home care experience 
  • Reliable transportation 

 $14.00-$14.75 per hour (based on client assignment, payer source, and experience). 


Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, including background screening, verification of certification, I-9 documentation, and orientation.
