Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as Rehab Director at Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a PTA who wants to continue providing patient care while taking the next step in their career. You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, support and mentor the therapy team, and build strong relationships with facility leadership - all while remaining actively involved in patient care.

What You’ll Do

As Rehab Director, you'll combine direct patient care with day-to-day leadership of the rehabilitation department. You'll help keep the team organized, supported, and focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Coordinating staffing, scheduling, caseloads, and department workflow
• Providing direct patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting therapy team members
• Collaborating with facility leadership and interdisciplinary team members
• Supporting quality patient outcomes and a positive patient experience
• Monitoring documentation, regulatory, and company requirements
• Helping identify opportunities to strengthen therapy services and department performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
