About Utah Partners for Health (UPFH)

At UPFH, we believe healthcare is a fundamental right. As a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide comprehensive care across a dedicated local clinic network. While our pharmacy is nestled directly within our medical clinic in West Jordan, we operate hand-in-hand with our specialized Dental clinic and our Behavioral Health & Vision facility, both located just down the road in Midvale. Together, our multi-site system delivers high-quality, compassionate care to underserved populations across Utah.

When you join our pharmacy team, you aren't just filling prescriptions—you are a vital clinical partner working across an integrated system to improve community health outcomes.

Why Choose UPFH? (The Clinic Advantage)

If you are burnt out by corporate metrics, understaffed counters, and erratic floating schedules, UPFH offers a professional sanctuary:

  • Mission-Driven Work: Serve an underserved community utilizing our clinical 340B program. Your work genuinely matters here.
  • Excellent Staffing Ratios: We protect your peace of mind and patient safety with a consistent 1:3 pharmacist-to-technician ratio.

  • No Corporate Quotas: We measure success by patient outcomes and care       , never by corporate speed metrics.
