Position Overview

Urgo Medical North America (UMNA) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the expansion of our UrgoK2 Compression portfolio. This role is critical in shaping the Compression market through smart strategy, actionable insights, and close sales collaboration. The ideal candidate blends marketing acumen, data analysis, customer understanding, and product knowledge to grow the market and sales. Success in this fast-paced, innovative environment will hinge on strong cross-functional partnerships and a growth-focused mindset.


This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of UMNA’s Compression portfolio through strategic marketing, data-driven insights, sales collaboration and deep customer understanding.
  • Identify and prioritize market growth opportunities through competitive intelligence, field sales and customer insights, market research, segmentation, and industry trends. 
  • Develop and execute annual brand and growth strategies, translating business objectives into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, market development initiatives, promotions, and product launches that drive awareness, adoption, and sales growth. 
  • Equip and engage the sales organization with impactful tools, training, messaging, and strategic support to improve customer engagement and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Professional Affairs, Market Access, Operations, and other stakeholders to execute corporate and portfolio priorities.
  • Leverage analytics and defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business and marketing performance, identify opportunities, and optimize strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to support medical education initiatives, including webinars and events.
  • Partner with appropriate cross-functional stakeholders to develop and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical advocates who support education, evidence generation, and market development.
  • Partner with global teams to drive innovation and align on growth strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 4+ years of proven success in brand management or marketing strategy within healthcare or medical devices, ideally in wound care; sales experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software applications.


Work Environment

  • Indoors, in an office environment, with temperature control.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • Overnight domestic travel required (roughly 30%), including potential international travel.


Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Salary Description

$130,000 - $140,000 annually, bonus eligible
