Fast Home Services is on the lookout for a driven Water Heater Technician to join our expanding team serving all over Washington!
PLEASE Note: Monthly Tech Meetings are held at our Woodinville warehouse, attendance is required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate brings solid plumbing expertise, a strong focus on safety, and a genuine dedication to outstanding customer service. Training Wage: Start with us a trainee making $22/hr + Earn Bonuses AFTER the Training period.**

PLEASE NOTE: All applicants must be an insurable driver, meaning minimal to no motor vehicle violations within the last 3–5 years. Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license from Washington. Additionally, applicants must be at least 25 years of age and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Must have 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing or Water Heater installation
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required as you will be communicating with both customers and internal team members
- Able to work independently
- Familiarity with email, using an iPad
- Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members [Team Leads, Customer Service & Dispatch] as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business
- Valid and active WA State Driver’s License
- Pass a drug screen
