Business Unit/Department: Supply Chain 


Location: Lawrence, PA


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Supply Chain Team to gain an understanding of our Supply Chain-related process, systems, and procedures.   
  • Complete meaningful administrative, strategic, and project-based work in assigned Supply Chain area, independently and as part of a team. 
  • Supports the Supply Chain team and their functions and initiatives through assisting with varying projects including (but not limited to): 

          o Assist with creating and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system

          o Help source and compare vendor quotes for materials, supplies, and services

          o Maintain Supply Chain records and documentation for audits and reporting

          o Support compliance tracking

          o  Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify supply chain needs

          o Support standardization of part descriptions in ERP system

          o Assist with other ad hoc reporting or administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be an actively enrolled rising senior working toward a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics  or a closely related field.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. 
  • Must be a team player and able to work closely with all employees. 
  • Should be moderately computer-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and systems 
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or as a member of a team.
