Gabrielli Truck Sales is actively seeking a Detailing and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team at our dealership in Coopersburg, PA. 

This role combines detailing trucks for our sales department, general maintenance of the building, landscaping, snow removal and custodial responsibilities.

This is a full-time position with overtime available.

Schedule: Flexible hours but will require availability during early morning, weekends and inclement weather. Expect a six-day work week.

Work Location: Coopersburg, PA 

Total Compensation: $45,000– $65,000 including base salary and OT. Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and certifications. 

Responsibilities:

• Detail interior and exterior of class 8 trucks and company vehicles. 
• Operate basic landscaping equipment to maintain the grounds of the dealership
• Snow removal and salting the grounds before, during and after inclement weather
• Make routine repairs and upkeep of the facility (painting, basic plumbing and carpentry)
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate contractors.
• Custodial and porter responsibilities to include the grounds and the service area
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company safety policy.

• Time management and ability to prioritize
• Valid Driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of basic tools and repair
• Experience with zero turn mower a plus
• Experience with plowing a plus 
• Experience with detailing a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time
• Must be able to step up onto and climb into trucks
• Must be comfortable using a ladder
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be comfortable driving and operating equipment for up to 8 hours each day
