Sr. HR Analyst

  • The HRIS Manager is responsible for employee data integrity, producing HR-related reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national employee compliance reporting requirements. To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will be familiar with databases and HR software such as HRIS/Payroll Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, the HRIS Manager will ensure our HR Information Systems meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective. 
Requirements
  • Manage the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the organization's HRIS systems and related processes.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports, including responding to state unemployment notices and attending unemployment hearings.
  • Design training on the HRIS system and document data processing procedures.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports, including extracting and consolidating data from multiple systems using Excel.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to the HRIS and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
  • Research vendors and lead the implementation of new integrations as needed, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Lead and maintain the integration between Paylocity and Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable data flow between systems.
  • Lead and maintain the integration between Paylocity and Power BI to support HR reporting and data visualization.
  • Partner with IT, business leaders, and HR on new system implementations and process improvements to enhance efficiency in our work.
  • Create data governance processes and data mapping of employee data across our systems.
  • Oversee the workload and daily priorities of the HR Operations team.
  • Develop and implement processes and protocols for data management across the HR Operations team.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, working closely with the Payroll Manager, to ensure compliance and accuracy for employee compensation and integration between the HRIS system and the Payroll module, including creating and improving processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
  • Experienced utilizing UKG Pro is preferred
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations and best governance processes
  • Hands-on experience with HR database administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (Particularly UKG Pro) and applicant tracking systems (ideally iCIMS).
  • Analytical skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Paylocity.
  • Experience with Power BI, including integrating Paylocity data for HR reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
