Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services within Asheville-area charter schools. This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys collaborating with educators, building relationships with students and families, and helping children develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate students to determine eligibility for school-based occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation
- Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and classroom strategies to improve participation and independence
