JOB SUMMARY 

This is a hands-on position responsible for warehouse operations, material handling, deliveries, and related customer support functions.

Requirements


Warehouse Duties


·Unload deliveries and inspect materials for damage, accuracy (style, color, quantity), and quality. 

· Store, restock, and stage materials for jobs.

· Marks materials with identifying information

· Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received.

· Identify and report damaged goods to the appropriate department lead.

· Communicate with field staff/customers and coordinate with team members regarding delivery schedules and requirements.

· Perform general warehouse duties as required by management.


Delivery Duties

· Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic regulations.

· Transport products to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

· Unloading materials

· Other duties as required 


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 

Required Qualifications


· Ability to follow instructions and work under general supervision. 

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. 

· Basic math skills required to accurately count, verify, and reconcile inventory and shipments

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. 

· Ability to meet attendance requirements. 

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Skilled in using a forklift, preferred verifiable forklift certification.

· Driving: Ability to operate a vehicle and travel between job sites, customer locations, and company facilities as required.

· Mobility: Ability to move throughout offices, warehouses, job sites, or operational environments to access materials, equipment, files, and team members. 

· Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move materials, equipment, or other items weighing up to 100 pounds.

· Positioning: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, and work in various positions as required by the role.

· Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate computers, mobile devices, office equipment, tools, machinery, or other job-related equipment.

· Repetitive Motion: Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, arm, finger, or keyboard movements throughout the workday.

· Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers, associates, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

· Vision: Ability to read, review, inspect, identify, measure, evaluate, and analyze information, documents, products, workmanship, or equipment as required by the role.

· Hearing: Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication, equipment sounds, alarms, or other workplace signals.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.

· Warehouse/Facility: Work may be performed in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operational environments with exposure to varying temperatures, moving equipment, and elevated noise levels.

· Job Site/Field: Frequent presence at active residential, commercial, construction, or customer locations. 

· Team Collaboration: Frequent interaction with customers, associates, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

· Environmental Exposure: May be exposed to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, vibration, humidity, or other environmental conditions depending on the role.

· Operational Demands: Role may require meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, supporting time-sensitive business needs, and occasional evening or weekend work.

· Equipment Operation: May require operation of vehicles, forklifts, machinery, power tools, warehouse equipment, or other job-related equipment.

· Safety: Requires adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and applicable workplace safety requirements.
