Description

At Lavallee Brensinger Architects, we are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator in our Manchester, NH office to help communicate our work, support new project pursuits, and strengthen the firm’s visibility.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with our Marketing & Business Development team, owners, principals, studio leaders, and project teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that reflect the quality of our work. This role combines writing, graphic design, research, and coordination, with opportunities to contribute your ideas and grow your skills.


Our work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, so strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with others, and can carry assignments from concept through completion.


This is a full-time position in our Manchester, NH office with optional remote work on Monday and Fridays.


What You’ll Do:


Support proposals and project pursuits

  • Coordinate and produce qualifications packages, proposals, and interview presentations in collaboration with marketing and technical staff
  • Support the pursuit process from initial planning through submission and interview  preparation, keeping schedules, content, and deliverables on track
  • Gather and organize project information, staff resumes, consultant qualifications, and other materials needed for submissions
  • Coordinate with outside consultants, including civil and MEP firms, to obtain pursuit materials
  • Research target markets, prospective clients, and project opportunities to support  marketing and business development efforts

Create marketing materials and communications

  • Write, edit, and design marketing collateral, including advertisements,  brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and client materials
  • Develop press releases, project announcements, and award submissions
  • Update website content and create social media posts that highlight the firm’s projects, people, and activities
  • Help maintain a content calendar and consistent branding across print and digital communications
  • Prepare accurate, polished materials for digital distribution and print production

Coordinate marketing activities

  • Plan and coordinate project photo shoots, working with photographers, project teams, and clients, and attend shoots as needed
  • Support the planning and coordination of firm events and other marketing activities
  • Maintain accurate project, client, and pursuit information in Deltek Vision including database updates and reports
  • Participate in selected business development meetings and pursuit activities
  • Provide additional marketing and business development support as needed
  • Travel  to our offices and client or project locations as assignments requir

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred, ideally within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Creative graphic design skills and experience producing materials that follow established brand standards
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience preparing print-ready materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet competing deadlines
  • Careful attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • The ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Principals, Studio Leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated  ability to take ownership of assignments, provide creative direction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes
  • Flexibility and a thoughtful, practical approach to changing priorities
  • Experience  with Deltek VISION/ Vantagepoint or another CRM system is a plus
  • An interest in developing your marketing career at LBA
