Are you an HVAC tech who takes pride in doing the job right and taking care of your customers, not just selling to them? Advantage – Lawrence is growing fast, and we need experienced techs who can hit the ground running. While other shops slow down for the season, we’re not. Our maintenance base keeps the board full year-round.

What You’ll Do

• Run residential service calls: no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ and more
• Diagnose issues accurately and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
• Present repair and replacement options based on each customer’s needs
• Complete repairs and deliver a 5-star experience on every call
• Take care of our maintenance agreement customers on their seasonal visits
• Keep a clean, organized truck and work area
• Take part in an on-call rotation as needed, especially during peak summer and winter seasons

 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required). You can run calls on your own from day one.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on gas furnaces, heat pumps and split systems
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners
• EPA 608 certification, Type II or Universal (required)
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
