DarkStar Intelligence seeks a talented Operations Analyst to provide on-site program operations support to a Marine Corps program office, working alongside the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Assistant Program Managers, and team leads. The selected candidate will support weekly meetings, capture minutes and action items, produce metrics and graphs, manage meeting and facility scheduling, and keep program files organized.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly program meetings; coordinate facility resources, take notes, and record action items.
• Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program action items.
• Organize and maintain electronic program documents and files.
• Establish online/on-site meeting locations and send meeting invites per Government distribution lists.
• Draft and deliver minutes for critical or decisional meetings.
• Schedule meetings/facilities with leadership and prepare weekly schedule input to the portfolio.

• Secret clearance
• 8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
