Our highly efficient, general dental practice is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our work family. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dental administration
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong math and accounting knowledge
• CDT coding
• HIPAA/OSHA Compliance training
• Strong understanding of insurance coordination
• Able to provide accurate treatment estimates and present cases to patients
• Organized, punctual, and reliable

 Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Checking in patients
• Appointment confirmations
• Scheduling next appointments
• Collecting at time of service
• Patient Health History Update
• New Patient Registration
• Record keeping and filing
• Recare scheduling and verification of services
• Support your office manager

Compensation

$22 - $25 hourly
