ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential pools, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring each pool is clean, safe, and properly maintained.

 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and service on residential and Commercial swimming pools 
• Present a professional appearance including your company truck, equipment and uniform
• Clean pools, remove debris, brush surfaces, and maintain proper water levels 
• Test and balance pool water chemistry according to company standards
• Conducting inspections; resolving our customers' pool maintenance needs
• Safely handle and use pool chemicals and follow all company safety procedures. 
• Communicate with office personnel in a professional courteous manner
• Manage assigned routes efficiently and complete scheduled services within expected timeframes 
• Work independently while maintaining consistent communication with your team and manager. 
• Maintain accurate service records and close out tickets

• 2 years of experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have a driving record of 5+ years
• Must meet ABC’s driving and MVR requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route 
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to navigate a smart device
• Chemical balancing knowledge 
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening

Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Frequently required to work in any weather climate.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequently required to work in various indoor and outdoor environments while safely performing the essential functions of the position.
