Why People Love It Here
Verve has earned Great Place to Work Certification seven consecutive years (2020-2026), and in 2026, 90% of team members rated Verve positively overall. We're predominantly remote, so we're intentional about staying connected, even when apart. We take our commitments seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, because celebration and fun matter.
Legendary Service is everyone's responsibility. Sometimes that's solving a tough client problem. Sometimes it's helping an overwhelmed teammate. Sometimes it's a small Moment of Joy that lets someone know they were seen. Our standard: deliver results without leaving people behind.
Verve is a nationwide cloud communications company serving small and mid-sized businesses. Technology is what we do, but relationships are who we are. You'll learn alongside our Tier 2 and Tier 3 coordinators and their manager, follow Verve best practices, and always know you have a team behind you.
What You'll Do
New orders, VoIP rollouts, circuits, co-location: everyone is a project, and every project needs a captain. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you'll be the go-to contact who keeps the schedule tight, the scope clear and the customer smiling from kickoff to cutover.
- Run the project. Manage assigned projects, including new orders and MACDs, with supervision and a high degree of quality and professionalism. Assess and address risk, manage schedules, run change control and keep an eye on cost. You'll have the authority to make independent decisions as you weigh your options.
- Be the main contact. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fellow Technical Project Coordinators and other staff. Communicate proactively and professionally and report on your projects.
- Make the tech happen. Implement VoIP, co-location and circuit projects, and manage the order schedule, scope and budget. Request, order, configure, provision, modify, set up, cancel or disconnect circuits, fax accounts, phones, phone numbers, voice service and network equipment.
- Stay organized. Track project status in team spreadsheets, HOMIR and/or our project portfolio management software.
- Offer a helping hand. Provide consultative guidance on a client's current or new voice and internet needs, including requirements analysis for Sales. Work with Service Delivery teammates to configure and prepare network hardware for installation.
- Keep leveling up. Build expertise in Verve technology solutions, project management and best practices through internal training and documentation. Show continuous improvement in managing customer expectations and verifying deliverables. Maintain internal technical and process documentation, and take on special assignments under general supervision.
