At Standard, our CSRs run the heartbeat of the operation: booking calls, keeping techs on schedule, and making sure every customer knows exactly what’s happening and when. What Your Day Looks Like:

• Answer inbound calls and book service and maintenance appointments
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and give customers live updates on tech arrival times
• Keep customer records accurate in our scheduling software
• Follow up on estimates, open quotes, and maintenance agreement renewals
• Turn worried callers into happy customers, and know when to escalate
•  Team up with dispatch and our field techs to keep the day running smoothly 

 You’re Our CSR If You Have:

•  1+ year of customer experience, especially phone-based or call center
• A friendly, upbeat attitude that stays calm on a 100-degree day with a full call board
• Strong organization and attention to detail, and you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with a computer, phone system, and scheduling software
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Bonus: home services, HVAC, or plumbing experience, or ServiceTitan
