Full Stack Product Builder
Fully Remote • India, IND

Description

Deep Sync is the industry leader in deterministic identity and AI-powered data solutions. Leveraging our 35-year foundation of compiling direct mail-grade datasets, Deep Sync develops data-first technologies that power marketing, measurement, AI, and business intelligence for agencies and brands with our fully deterministic identity graph, privacy-first audiences, comprehensive data solutions, and integrations with leading platforms and cloud providers.

Position Overview

Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. AI agents can now write, test and refactor most of it. What's scarce is judgment: exactly what to build, how it should work and how it should be built.

This role brings that judgment in one person, combining product thinking, design and engineering. Our product team works with customers and owns the backlog. You take items from that backlog to production. You write the PRD and design, get the product team's sign-off, then build with AI agents doing most of the work. You'll start by owning [first charter], working with our data platform, cloud platform and agents teams.

What You'll Do

  • Write the PRD. Take an item from the product team's backlog and turn it into a PRD: the problem, the users, how we'll measure success and what's out of scope.
  • Design the experience. Sketch flows and builds working prototypes, often the same day, so reviewers react to something real.
  • Architect the system. Design data models, APIs and services that are secure, observable and ready for scale, with privacy built in.
  • Get sign-off. Review the PRD, design and prototype with the product team, work through their feedback and get sign-off before you build.
  • Build with AI agents. Direct coding agents to implement the signed-off design. Own the tests, evals and reviews that keep their output production-grade.
  • Ship and measure. Launch, instrument adoption and impact, and feed what you learn back to the product team.
  • Make every team faster. Turn what works into reusable specs, prompts and agent workflows that other teams adopt.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 30 days: learn our products, data and platforms; ship one small improvement end to end.
  • By 90 days: own a product area and ship a meaningful feature from PRD to production, built mostly by agents.
  • First year: [first charter] in customers' hands, with measured adoption.

What This Role Is Not

  • A customer-facing product manager. The product team owns customer conversations and the backlog; you own the PRD, the design and the build.
  • A designer who hands off mockups.
  • An engineer who waits for a spec.
Requirements
  • 6+ years building software products, including at least two you took from idea to production and owned after launch.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals: system design, data modeling, APIs, SQL and full-stack web development. You can read, judge and fix any code an agent writes.
  • Product judgment: you can turn a loosely defined need into a PRD with clear scope, success metrics and trade-offs.
  • UX craft: you design clear, simple flows and interfaces and prototype them in Figma or in code.
  • An AI-native way of working: you use coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot every day and know where they fail. You have shipped LLM-powered features or agents.
  • Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (ideally AWS).
  • Clear writing: PRDs and design docs that reviewers can sign off on quickly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you can take a one-line backlog item and return with a PRD, a prototype and a plan.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: data products, identity resolution or marketing technology; handling PII under contractual or regulatory constraints; founder or early-stage startup experience.

Benefits: We are proud to offer a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of our team members.
