The Clinical Director  is responsible for oversight and management of the clinical activities of the program(s) and supervisory responsibilities.   The Clinical Director manages clinical staff and documentation in compliance with both Delaware licensure, contractual standards along with creating  policy and procedures for approval from ED and working to develop staff. Clinical director ensures all clinical needs are running in ordinance with state and federal contracts.  Clinical Director reports directly to the Executive Director.

LCSW, LPCMH

Minimum of 5 years documented clinical experience

Minimum of 3 years documented supervisory experience
