Licensed Occupational Therapist – Senior Living

Applicants must hold an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license. Applicants without a current Occupational Therapy license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.  


Position Details:

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled therapy team at a highly rated senior living community in South Bend, IN. Located in Centre Township near South Bend,  this continuing care retirement community offers a full continuum of care including short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted and independent living. 

  • Flexible full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week)
  • Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy team
  • Well-equipped rehab gym, ADL kitchen, and training bathroom
  • Diverse caseload with a wide range of diagnoses

*Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.*

Minimum Qualifications Required:

· Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)

· Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program

· Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings preferred

Requirements

These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
