What You’ll Be Doing: 

• MIG welding and fabrication of steel products 
• Reading prints and building to specification 
• Working as part of a skilled, safety-focused team 
• Keeping work areas clean and organized 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Welding experience (MIG required; TIG a plus) 
• Ability to read basic blueprints 
• Dependability and pride in workmanship 
• Willingness to learn and improve 
• Experience from fabrication shops, manufacturing, agriculture, maintenance, or repair work is all relevant 

Preferred but not required: 

• Multi-process welding experience 
• Fabrication or assembly background 
• Welding certifications (or willingness to earn them—we support training) 

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Fridays as needed. (Until 5:30 pm during OT). 
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am. 

Compensation:  

• Starting rate $23/hour, based on experience and welding skills 
• $1,000 sign-on bonus 
• Skill-based pay progression (clear increases tied to capability) 
• Overtime available
