Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience

- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Assist customers with questions and direct them to appropriate departments when needed

- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

- Restock and organize merchandise at the checkout counter as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills and attention to detail
