As a Lead Shelter Support Staff team member, you’ll serve as an operational leader and mentor during shift while continuing to provide direct support to clients. • Support      documentation accuracy and HMIS workflows
  • De-escalate      conflict and respond calmly during crisis situations
  • Conduct      shelter walkthroughs and identify operational or safety concerns
  • Communicate      important updates across shifts and departments
  • Step in      wherever needed to support shelter operations and client care

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates professionally, and can balance compassion with accountability.

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has      strong customer service and communication skills
  • Can      stay composed and make sound decisions in challenging situations
  • Enjoys      mentoring and supporting teammates
