IT Systems Coordinator
Description

IT Systems Coordinator

Keep Our Clinics Connected, Secure, and Running Smoothly

Premier Pain Solutions is seeking an organized, service-oriented IT Systems Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our employees and our managed IT service provider. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technology problems, supporting end users, managing equipment, and ensuring technology resources are available when our team needs them.

While our managed service provider handles network administration, cybersecurity, and advanced technical support, this role serves as the internal technology champion responsible for coordinating IT activities across our clinics and administrative offices.

If you enjoy technology, helping people, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Technology Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Premier Pain Solutions and our managed IT service provider.
  • Coordinate and track IT support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist employees with basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and software applications.
  • Escalate issues to the IT provider and monitor progress through completion.
  • Coordinate onsite visits for technology maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

  • Install approved software, drivers, updates, and peripherals.
  • Maintain inventory and assignment records for all company technology assets.
  • Coordinate equipment replacements, repairs, and warranty claims.
  • Recover and reassign equipment during employee onboarding and offboarding.

Mobile Device Administration

  • Manage company-issued cell phones, tablets, and related mobile services.
  • Coordinate device activations, upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain mobile device inventory and assignment records.
  • Work with mobile service providers to resolve account and billing issues.

User Administration

  • Coordinate employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts according to company procedures.
  • Assist employees with password resets and access requests.
  • Maintain technology documentation and records.

Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for technology vendors and service providers.
  • Track software licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Assist with technology purchasing and equipment procurement.
