Position Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient only (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
- Immediate patient base with strong referral volume
- Team-based approach with no APP oversight responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- MD/DO with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
- Must live within 20 miles of assigned practice location
- Visa sponsorship is not available

Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated capability to listen and connect with patients for full understanding of conditions and their impact, exhibiting strong customer service skills within the patient care context.
- Superior ability to communicate skills to establish rapport quickly and convey technical information to non-technical patients.
- Valid national and state licenses to practice.
- Board certified in Otolaryngology.
- Commitment to learning and education, for both self and others.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and basic office IT applications.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
