Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt

Annual Rate: $55,000-$65,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday; Flexible Schedule


We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own the front-end candidate pipeline, managing full-cycle recruitment for essential clinical and administrative roles including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Technicians, Medical Assistants, Office Staff, Intake Coordinators, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in healthcare recruiting within a supportive, flexible environment.


Junior Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage active and passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialized healthcare job boards.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment (e.g., certifications for Medical Assistants), and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and statuses within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a transparent, welcoming, and timely candidate journey from application to offer.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Annual Rate: $55,000-$65,000

Requirements

Junior Recruiter Qualifications

  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment or sourcing experience, with a strong preference for healthcare, clinical, or high-volume administrative recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and proven recruiting experience).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools across major platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, SeekOut, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building and managing healthy candidate funnels for multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively pre-screen candidates for technical alignment and cultural fit.
  • Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
