Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and interior spaces to maintain a safe environment.
De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment and professional communication.
Enforce house policies respectfully and consistently.
Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
Conduct routine security checks throughout the venue.
Work closely with management and staff to address safety concerns.
Complete incident reports accurately and thoroughly when necessary.
Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.
Assist with closing security procedures.
