Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will collaborate with physicians, therapists, psychologists, families, and other members of the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans that improve communication, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. 
  • Assess and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. 
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to each patient's needs. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record. 
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. 
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, families, schools, and community resources as appropriate. 
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment goals, home exercises, and communication strategies. 
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case consultations. 
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational documentation requirements. 
  • Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect while providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. 
  • Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing. 
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. 
  • Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates may be considered depending on experience and supervision availability. 
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain). 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred. 
  • Experience working within behavioral health or integrated healthcare settings is a plus.
