Description
We're seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them schedule service appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from their initial call through to their visit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our services
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system
- Provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers can expect
- Handle appointment changes and cancellations professionally
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software and learning new systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
