Description

We're seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them schedule service appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from their initial call through to their visit.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our services
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system
  • Provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers can expect
  • Handle appointment changes and cancellations professionally
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and learning new systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
