Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient/Outpatient

Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Willoughby, Ohio. This position provides physical therapy services in an inpatient and outpatient setting, helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence.

Concept Rehab offers competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, clinical expertise, and local market conditions. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. 

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans 
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment based on each patient's clinical needs and goals 
• Treat patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings 
• Address mobility, strength, balance, gait, endurance, and functional independence 
• Progress therapeutic activities and interventions based on patient response 
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals 
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and functional goals 
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and timely 
• Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team 

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license 
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team 
• Inpatient and/or outpatient physical therapy experience preferred 
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
