What You'll Do

• Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, strengthening, balance, and functional activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient response and progress
• Communicate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Provide encouraging, respectful, patient-focused care

Qualifications

• Current Michigan PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a therapy team
